Oladance Wearable Stereo Review

There’s a whole group of people who hate having anything in their ear… if this is you, you know finding a good quality, comfortable alternative can be a challenge. The concept of True Open-Ear Earbuds is a unique prospect; you get good quality sound, without that plugged up ear feeling.  I recently got the chance to try the Oladance Wearable Stereo headphones, and in this review I’ll take a look at what you get from these, what they sound like and if they might be a good option for you.

Oladance Wearable Stereo headphones review

I’d like to thank Oladance for sponsoring this post. They haven’t told me what to say or what I can’t say so consider these thoughts my own.

Let’s get a closer look at what you get.

How does Oladance Wearable Stereo fit?

Oladance Wearable Stereo uses a spiral design that hooks over the back of your ears and allows the small speaker to
I will say that too often headphones are made for the guys; earbuds in particular can be too big for a woman’s ear and can hurt after a while. The beauty of the Oladance Wearable Stereo is that because of their soft, comfortable and flexible design, they’ll fit a variety of ear sizes and shapes well, and after my testing, found they’re comfortable to wear .

Are the waterproof?

These headphones are water resistent and sweatproof with an IPX4 rating, and have a battery that will last up to 16 hours on a single charge. Recharging takes about 90 minutes to 2 hours.

Oladance Wearable Stereo ReviewThe other major feature of open ear buds is that it allows you to listen to music, podcasts and audio without closing yourself off completely to the world around you. With a design that allows you to be aware of sound around you, open ear buds are perfect for running, commuting or keeping an ear on kids—or for a boarding announcement.

When it comes to fit, feel and comfort, Oladance Wearable Stereo are unlike any other open ear bud I’ve tried… where some other models out there (Bose Sport Open, tbh) are rigid and have hard edges that make them supremely uncomfortable, Oladance Wearable Stereo have a soft silicone side that helps hold them in place and they are incredibly flexible. All the edges are rounded and soft, so there’s nothing digging into tender skin. In fit and comfort alone, these are leagues better than Bose.

Plus they’re quite light and the weight they do have is well balanced, and the flexible arm helps hold them in place so they feel incredibly secure.

How do Oladance Wearable Stereo sound?

The Open Ear design actually feels like sound is coming from everywhere around you… and it’s a unique but enjoyable listening experience with nothing blocking the ear. Because the sound is directed right into your ear, it’s still possible to block out other nose if you turn them up.

Oladance Wearable Stereo ReviewOtherwise, it’s a cool effect to hear your music clearly and still be able to listen for the doorbell or the phone. It kinda feels like you’re sitting in the middle of a surround sound set up. I really liked it!

In short, the sound quality is actually surprising! There’s a fullness and great balance to the sound I wasn’t expecting, and the bass is beautifully full.

Overall review: Oladance Wearable Stereo headphones

Overall the Oladance wearable Stereo open earbuds are comfortable and easy to wear, cool, give you flexibility in how you listen and they sound good.

Oladance Wearable Stereo regularly sells for about $179USD and you can get them from Amazon.

Why do my headphones constantly pair, and unpair themselves most of the day?

I recently purchased these, but they will not stay on my ears. Especially if I lay my head to one side or bend over. Is there a skin or something that can be bought for these that would give them more grip? These are very expensive & don’t want to loose them & it’s a pain when they keep falling out.

      Very interesting. And good question.

Hi – Great video! I am still trying to figure out – how do I turn off these earbuds when not in use?

Just put them back in the case. Opening the case automatically turns them on and connects to your smartphone Bluetooth as long as you have the Bluetooth turned on in the phone.

Hi Erin, I wear earphones when I go to bed at night and lay on my side. Do the Olodance earphones hurt when laying your head against a pillow?

Hi Raymond, great question. They’re not too uncomfortable and they’re soft and very flexible, but they probably would be if you laid on them for hours. Have you ever looked at SleepPhones?
